UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R

1. It is submitted by the learned senior counsel for the

petitioner – complainant that the respondent No.2 – accused has

been involved in the economic offence amounting to about

Rs.150 crores and though he was sought to be arrested, he was never

taken into custody on the ground of his so-called illness.

2. Let the notice be issued to the respondents, returnable after

four weeks.
