No.234 of 2024, titled as “Sumon Sen vs. Ankita Sen”, pending
before the Court of the learned Principal Judge, Family Court,
Asansol, District Paschim, Bardhaman, West Bengal to the Court of
the learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Dhanbad, Jharkhand.
3. The grounds raised by the petitioner for seeking the transfer
are: she has to take care of her newly born child, as such, she
cannot travel to West Bengal; and, the proceedings prior in point
of time inter se ...
