O R D E R
1. Applications for permission to file impleadment
application and impleading the applicants in the transfer
petition are rejected.
2. In purported compliance of the order dated
18.07.2024, the District Judge, Moradabad, Uttar Pradesh
has sent a compliance report. It seems to us that the
effective steps with regard to the right of the minor
children qua House No.1228, First Floor, Sector 19-B,
Chandigarh, in terms of our above-mentioned order dated
18.07.2024 can be effectively enforced by the local Court
i.e., the District Judge/Family Court at Chandigarh.
3. Consequently, the District Judge, Moradabad is
directed to transfer the pending proceedings for the
aforesaid limited purpose to the District Judge at
Chandigarh, who shall then take the necessary steps to
ensure meticulous compliance of the order dated

18.07.2024 and submit a compliance report within two
months.
4. The Miscellaneous Application is, accordingly,
disposed of.
