Leave granted.
We have been informed that the trial is likely
to start in the month of January, 2025. The appellant
has been in incarceration for one year and three
months. Initially, the case was registered under
Sections 279 and 304-A of the Indian Penal Code, 1860
(in short βthe IPC) and, thereafter, it was altered
to Section 304, IPC and then again to Sections 302
and 326, IPC, finally the chargesheet was filed for
the offence under Section 302, IPC.
Considering the above facts, the appellant is
granted bail on terms and conditions to the
satisfaction of the trial Court.

Accordingly, the impugned order is set aside and
the appellant is granted bail on terms and conditions
to the satisfaction of the Trial Court.
The appeal stands allowed, accordingly.
Pending application(s), if any, shall stand
disposed of.
