O R D E R

1. The parties have been able to arrive at an amicable

settlement on their own.

2. The settlement agreement in the form of a Memorandum of

Understanding dated 24.01.2026 has been reduced into writing,

duly signed by the parties and the attesting witnesses.

3. The Memorandum of Understanding reads thus:

MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING

This Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) is being entered on 24.01.2026 at Surat, Gujarat between Tanuja Gangwani daughter of Sh. Rajkumar Gangwani residing at C-905 Royal Paradise, Vesu, Surat-395007 (FIRST PARTY)

AND

Karan Jagdish Awtani son of Sh. Jagdish Awtani residing at C-602, Padmavati Apartment, 3rd Cross Lane, Swami Samarth Nagar, High Point Hotel Lane, Lokhandwala Complex, Andheri (W), Mumbai-400053 (SECOND PARTY)

WHEREAS the First Party and Second Party were married on 10th March, 2019 as per Hindu rites and customs and after the marriage they lived together as husband and wife at Andheri, Mumbai. There are no issues born out of the said wedlock.
