IA No.232321 and 232319 of 2024
1. The delay in filing the application for restoration of the
Special Leave Petition, is condoned.
2. IA No.232321 of 2024 is allowed.
3. The Special Leave Petition was dismissed on account of non
prosecution for non compliance of the order dated 12.07.2024. Now
the Special Leave Petition has been re-filed after curing the
defects and IA No.231525 of 2024 seeking restoration has been filed
on behalf of the petitioner.
