O R D E R
1. Dr. Abhishek Manu Singhvi, learned senior counsel
appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has
an apprehension that the petitioner will not get justice from
the Court, where the complainant case is pending.
2. He further submits that firstly, there are no allegations
of whatsoever nature against the Gujarat University, which is
the complainant before the learned Magistrate. He secondly
submits that though the application was filed for stay of the
proceedings before the learned Revisional Court, the same has
been rejected. The challenge to the same is pending before
the High Court.
3. He further submits that in spite of the pendency of the
proceedings before the High Court, the learned Trial Judge is
proceeding further with the matter.
4. We are not inclined to entertain the present transfer
petition at this stage.
5. However, in the interest of justice, we request the High
Court to decide the petition filed by the present petitioner
for stay of the proceedings before the learned Trial Judge or
at least the prayer for interim relief, within a period of
four weeks from today.
