UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R
1. The Registry had declined to register the Contempt Petition as
the paper book of the Criminal Appeal No.904 of 2017, which was
decided on 04.05.2017, was not submitted along with the contempt
petition.
2. Learned counsel for the petitioner(s) submits that in
pursuance of the order of the Judge-In-Chambers dated 11.11.2024,
as aforesaid, the paper book of the Criminal Appeal has been
submitted on 22.11.2024 and now there is no defect in registering
the Contempt Petition.
