UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R
1. The grievance of the petitioner is that though the
petitioner is entitled to fixation from 01.01.1986, the
fixation is done from 01.01.1996.
2. Issue notice, returnable within four weeks.
3. Dasti, in addition, is permitted.
4. However, it is made clear that the personal presence of
the alleged contemnor(s)/respondent(s) are dispensed with,
unless so specifically directed by this Court.
