1. It is submitted by Mr. Abhinav K. Mutyalwar, learned counsel
that the instant matter and other connected matters were listed on
04.12.2024 when this Court made the interim order absolute in
favour of the petitioners (Vanita, Nanda Sunil Gajwe, Tai Sayyam,
Kalpana Shyamsundar Gajbhiye and Pushpa Zibal Nakhate). However,
inadvertently, the name of Ujwala Raju Dhoke (petitioner in SLP
(Criminal) No. 13790 of 2024) was not shown in the order dated
04.12.2024.
