O R D E R
The petitioner, Ilan Young, will be permitted to meet his son
(name withheld) between 10.00 a.m. to 04.00 p.m. on six days, between
20th December, 2024 and 31st December, 2024, as per the choice of the
petitioner, Ilan Young, duly keeping in mind the hobbies and
activities of the son, which he would be undertaking during this
period.
Initially, the meeting shall take place in the office of the
Counselor attached to the Family Court, Saket, Delhi. The counselor
would be at liberty to decide the venue where the meeting should be
held. The mother may accompany the child to the counselor’s office at
the Family Court, Saket, Delhi.
Recording the aforesaid, the contempt petition is disposed of.
Pending application(s), if any, shall stand disposed of.
