When queried by this Court, it is stated that the
petitioner’s son and her daughter-in-law are since divorced
and both the Courts i.e. the Trial Court as well as the
High Court have acquitted the accused.
Hence, we are not inclined to interfere in the
matter.
The Special Leave Petitioner is, hence, dismissed.
