UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R
Learned counsel for the parties state that the
parties want to explore the possibility of settlement
through mediation for which the matter may be referred
to the Supreme Court Mediation Centre.
In view of the statement, the parties are
requested to appear initially for interaction through
virtual mode on 10.03.2026 at 11:00 AM and as and when
personal appearance is necessary, the parties would
appear before the Mediator nominated by the Coordinator
of the Supreme Court Mediation Center.
In the event, the learned Mediator desires
personal presence of the parties, the respondent shall
