UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R
Issue notice only with regard to the fine amount that has
to be paid and the interest amount that has been calculated by the
High Court in paragraph 6 of the impugned judgment.
No coercive steps shall be taken as against the petitioner
herein subject to the petitioner depositing the entire sum of
Rs.2,35,000/-, excluding the amount, if any, already deposited,
before the Trial Court, within a period of one month from today.
