UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R
1. By presenting this Transfer Petition under
Section 406 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, the
petitioners seek transfer of proceedings instituted
by the respondent under Section 125 of the Code of
Criminal Procedure, being Criminal Misc. No.19 of
2019 titled “Shingra (Rep by mother and natural
guardian Anitha Uvaraj) v. N.R.V. Chandrashekhar”
from the court of the Principal Judge, Family Court,
Family Judge at Bengaluru to the Family Court,
Virudhunagar District, Tamil Nadu, on the grounds
urged therein.
