Leave granted.

This appeal challenges the order dated 26.03.2024

passed by the High Court of Judicature at Bombay in Bail

Application No.3698 of 2023.

The appellant herein has been booked for the crime

registered pursuant to FIR No.122 of 2023 dated 17.04.2023

lodged with Police Station Wadala T.T., District Mumbai,

Maharashtra State, with respect to offences punishable under

Sections 376(2)(f)(n) and 376(3) of the Indian Penal Code,

1860 (for brevity, “IPC”), Sections 4, 6, 8, 10, 13 and 15 of

the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012

(for brevity, “POCSO Act”) and Sections 67A and 67B of the

Information and Technology Act, 2000 (for brevity, “IT Act”).

An application seeking regular bail having been

rejected by the High Court of Judicature at Bombay vide

impugned order dated 26.03.2024, the appellant has preferred

the instant appeal.

By order dated 23.10.2024, the following order was

passed by this Court:
