Mr. Raghav Bhalla, Ld. Counsel appearing for Mr. Yughendra
Handi, Ld. AOR submits that vakalatnama and counter affidavit on
behalf of sole respondent will be filed after taking NOC from from
Mrs. Vipin Gupta, Ld. AOR. Four weeks time, is granted for the said
purpose.
Since service is complete, after the expiry of said period,
matter shall be processed for listing before the Hon’ble Court as
per rules.
