Leave granted.
Heard the learned counsel appearing for the parties.
The appellant is entitled to be enlarged on bail on the basis
of parity. In view of the bail granted to two co-accused, namely
Ramcharan Dhakad and Ramprasad, the appellant shall be enlarged on
bail on the same terms and conditions on which the co-accused
Ramprasad was granted bail by the High Court under the order dated
28th April, 2023 in Misc. Criminal Case No.18047/2023 (Annexure P-10
to the Appeal).
The Appeal is, accordingly, allowed.
