O R D E R
The petition has been filed by the petitioner-wife
under Section 25 of CPC seeking transfer of Matrimonial
(Divorce) Case No. 1058/2018 titled as “Niranjan Kumar
vs. Manisha Kumari @ Manisha Jaiswal” pending before the
Principal Judge, Family Court, Patna to Family Court,
Rohini, Delhi.
According to the Office Report dated 08.02.2022,
notice has been delivered on 29.10.2021 but no one has
entered appearance on behalf of the respondent and no
counter affidavit has been filed to oppose the prayer
made by the petitioner. It appears that the respondent
is not interested in defending the present petition.
In the facts and circumstances of the case,

Matrimonial (Divorce) Case No. 1058/2018 titled as
“Niranjan Kumar vs. Manisha Kumari @ Manisha Jaiswal”
pending before the Principal Judge, Family Court, Patna,
is transferred to Family Court, Rohini, Delhi.
The Registry is directed to send the copies of this
Order to the concerned courts immediately for compliance.
The Transfer Petition stands allowed accordingly.
Pending applications, if any, shall stand disposed
of.
