SHIVAJI & ORS. RESPONDENTS O R D E R
1. Delay condoned.
2. Having heard learned counsel for the appellant at a
considerable length, we do not find any ground to
interfere with the impugned judgment and final order
dated 10.09.2024 passed by the High Court of Judicature
at Bombay at Aurangabad in Election Petition No.3 of
2024.
3. However, the observations made in the impugned
order shall have no bearing on the writ petition filed by
the appellant, in which the order of the Caste Scrutiny

4. The appeal is, accordingly, dismissed.
