Leave granted.
2. The present civil appeal has been filed against the
impugned judgment and final order dated 24.08.2023 passed
by the High Court of Judicature at Hyderabad for the
State of Telangana, whereby C.R.P. No. 3054 of 2022 filed
by respondent No.1 herein was allowed and the order dated
17.10.2022 in I.A.No.4 of 2022 passed by the Court of
VIII Additional District and Session Judge, Ranga Reddy
District At LB Nagar was set aside. Vide order dated
17.10.2022 referred above, the Ld. Trial Court had
restored the suit O.S. No. 316 of 2020 filed by the
appellants herein.
3. Briefly stated, the facts of the case relevant to
the extent of deciding this SLP concern certain land
admeasuring Ac 10.12 gts in Sy No. 239 (Portion) and 240
situated at Kokapet, West Taluk, Hyderabad District and
land measuring Ac 10.70 cents in Sy No. 239 and 240, Plot

No. 15, situated at Kokapet, West Taluk, Hyderabad
District (hereinafter referred to as “suit properties”).
