Mr. Arjun Garg, Ld. AOR has entered into appearance on behalf of
respondent nos.1 and 2 respectively. Four weeks time, is granted to
file vakalatnama as well as counter affidavit.
After the expiry of four weeks, let the matter be listed
before the Hon’ble Court, as the Hon’ble Court on 25.10.2024 has
directed to issue notice returnable in four weeks.
