IN WRIT PETITION (CIVIL) NO 205 OF 2023
Keshav Jindal … Petitioner
Versus
Registrar, Supreme Court of India & Ors … Respondents
O R D E R
1 There is a delay of 217 days in filing the review petition which has not been
satisfactorily explained. Even on merits, there is no error apparent on the face
of the record. No case for review is made out. However, it is clarified that the
case of the petitioner for premature release shall be considered in accordance
with law. The Review Petition is, therefore, dismissed on the ground of delay as
well as on merits.
2 Pending applications, if any, stand disposed of.
