2. The present appeals have been filed by the appellant assailing the orders dated 01st
May, 2023 and 09th May, 2023, passed by the National Consumer Disputes Redressal
Commission1, New Delhi, in Consumer Case No. 1906 of 2018 and Miscellaneous Application
No. 180 of 2023 respectively.
3. On perusing the orders impugned herein and the records placed before us and having
heard learned counsel for the appellant and the respondents, who appears on caveat, we are of
the considered opinion that the NCDRC has given just and valid reasons for the conclusion
arrived at. We see no reason to interfere with the well-reasoned orders.
4. The appeals stand dismissed being devoid of any merits along with pending application.
