The Division Bench of the High Court had rejected the
contentions advanced on behalf of the present petitioners finding
no merit. The view taken by the Division Bench was affirmed while
dismissing the special leave petition arising therefrom.
We have gone through the contents of the review petition and
do not find any error apparent on record to justify interference in
review jurisdiction.
Therefore, this review petition is dismissed.
