IN THE SUPREME COURT OF INDIA INHERENT JURISDICTION
REVIEW PETITION (CIVIL) DIARY NO.42399 OF 2023
IN
SPECIAL LEAVE PETITION (CIVIL) NOS.20189-20190 OF 2023
RAJ KUMAR PETITIONER(S)
VERSUS
STATE OF U.P. & ANR. RESPONDENT(S)
O R D E R
1. As per the Office Report dated 05.09.2024, the review
petitions were found defective and the reasons thereof were
pointed out in the said Report. Despite the Registry’s letter
dated 25.01.2024 to the petitioner in-person calling upon him to
cure the defects, the defects have not been cured so far by the
petitioner in-person.
2. Even otherwise, we find no merit in the Review Petitions
seeking review of the Order dated 11.09.2023, whereby the
Special Leave Petitions preferred by the petitioner were
dismissed.
3. The Review Petitions are dismissed as being defective and on
merits also. Other applications, if any, pending also stand
dismissed accordingly.
