UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R
Notice for making alternative arrangement was issued to
the petitioner by registered post on 09.10.2024. But as per the
tracking report of postal authorities, notice is undelivered with
postal remarks “not delivered addressee moved”.
In view of the above, it is difficult to serve the
petitioner therefore, the special leave petition is dismissed for
want of prosecution.
