1. Leave granted.
2. Appellants challenge the judgment and
order dated 12.01.2026 in S.B. Criminal
Miscellaneous 2nd Bail Application Nos.
16015/2025 & 16014/2025 passed by the High
Court of Judicature for Rajasthan at
Jaipur.
3. The appellants were arrested in
Crl.A @ S.L.P.(Crl) No.1449 of 2026+ 1
connection with Crime No.13 of 2024
registered at SOG Police Station, Jaipur,
Rajasthan for the offences punishable
under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471, 120B of
IPC and Section 66D of IT Act, 2008.
4. Having heard learned counsel for the
parties, and perused the material placed
on record, we are of the considered view
that the appellants have made out case for
interference with the impugned order dated
12.01.2026.
5. Considering the totality of
circumstances and also the fact that the
appellants (Sumit Kumar & Subhash Chand)
have been in custody since 12.01.2025 &
10.04.2024 respectively, we are inclined
to grant bail to the appellants on such
terms as may be fixed by the Trial Court.
