Though, we have our doubt about the maintainability of this
miscellaneous application (No.2564/2023), as the petitioner
submitted that the some scope of settlement of the main disputes,
we are issuing notice on IA No.212496/2023.
The warrant issued against the petitioner shall remain stayed
until the next date of hearing.
