ORDER
1. The dispute is between the first and the
second wife of the deceased ‘Ambaji Shirolakar’.
2. By way of the present transfer petition, the
petitioner-first wife is seeking transfer of a case
bearing O.S. No.406 of 2023, titled as “Subhadra
Vs. Sushilabai & Ors.”(subject-case), pending in
the Court of Civil Judge and J.M.F.C. Court at
Sindgi, Vijayapura District, Karnataka to the Court
of Principal Senior Civil Judge at Hindupur, Sri
Satya Sai District, Andhra Pradesh.
3. Having heard learned counsel for the parties
and considering the facts and circumstances of the
case, we consider it appropriate to transfer the
subject-case as asked for by the petitioner.
4. The Court where proceedings are pending is
directed to send the records to the transferee
Court promptly and without any delay.
5. The Transfer Petition stands allowed
accordingly.

6. If video conferencing facility is available
with the transferee Court, the benefit of the same
shall be made available to the parties. They need not
appear physically on each date unless their physical
presence is absolutely necessary.
7. A copy of this order be sent to the concerned
courts for compliance.
8. Pending application(s), if any, shall stand
disposed of...
