Leave granted.
The appellant has been charged for the offence
punishable under Sections 21(c)/27A/29 of the NDPS
Act.
Taking into consideration the fact that there
are no prior criminal antecedent in which the
appellant is said to have been involved in and that
the appellant has been under incarceration for more
than one year and six months, we are inclined to set
aside the impugned order(s).
Accordingly, the impugned order is set aside and
the appellant is granted bail on the requisite terms
and conditions to the satisfaction of the Trial
Court.

The appeal stands allowed accordingly.
