UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R
1. We are not inclined to interfere with the impugned judgment and order of
the High Court; hence, the special leave petition is dismissed.
2. However, the petitioner is granted four weeks’ time to surrender failing
which law shall take its own course.
3. Pending application(s), if any, shall stand disposed of.
4. Registry to forward a copy of this order to the relevant criminal court.
