O R D E R
1. The transfer petition is filed by the petitioner-wife
seeking transfer of the petition filed by the respondent-husband
for dissolution of marriage under Section 13(1)(A) of the Hindu
Marriage Act, 1955, which is subject matter of case being HMA
Petition No.2642 of 2022 titled as “Rahul Singh Vs. Anju Singh”
pending before the Court of 2nd Additional Principal Judge,
Family Court, Indore (MP) to the Court of Principal Judge,
Family Court at Agra (UP).
2. Despite service of notice, the respondent has not filed
appearance. Earlier also, on 05.12.2024, nobody had remained
present on behalf of the respondent. Hence, it appears that the
respondent has no objection, if the present petition is granted.
3. We have heard learned counsel for the petitioner-wife and
perused the record.

4. Having regard to the reasons mentioned in the transfer
petition, we direct transfer of case being HMA Petition No.2642
of 2022 titled as “Rahul Singh Vs. Anju Singh” from the Court of
2nd Additional Principal Judge, Family Court, Indore (MP) to the
Court of Principal Judge, Family Court at Agra (UP).
5. The records of the case be transferred forthwith to the
transferee Court.
