UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R

1. Leave granted.

2. The appellant had applied for exemption from surrendering vide

I.A.No.219638/2024, which was allowed vide order dated 04-10-2024.

3. In view of the above, the appellant shall not be required to

surrender subject to furnishing bail bonds to the satisfaction of

the Trial Court within a period of three weeks from today.
