UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R
1. Despite sufficient opportunity being given, proof of surrender
has not been filed by the petitioners.
2. In the interest of justice, time till 10.12.2024 is given to
the petitioners to surrender and place the custody certificate on
record, failing which the Special Leave Petition shall stand
dismissed for want of prosecution without further reference to the
Court.
