UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R
Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.
The petitioner got a notice from the Collector, Jagatsinghpur,
Odisha, for removing encroachment from the Government land, against
which the petitioner has approached the High Court where the
petition has been dismissed as the petitioner was unable to show
any worthwhile evidence regarding her title over the land. The
