O R D E R
1. The petitioner-wife seeks transfer of Matrimonial Case
No. 378 of 2017, titled as “Shri Daljeet Singh vs. Smt. Mitalli
Chandola”, filed by the respondent-husband under Section 13(1)(a)
of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955, for granting a decree of divorce,
which is pending before the Court of Principal Judge, Family Court,
Gautam Buddha Nagar, Uttar Pradesh. The petitioner-wife seeks
transfer thereof to the Family Court at Patiala House Courts, New
Delhi.
2. Notice in the petition was issued on 04.10.2024. As per
the Office Report dated 03.12.2024, service of notice is deemed
complete on the respondent-husband, however, no one has entered
appearance on his behalf so far.
3. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and carefully
perused the material placed on record.
4. It is pointed out that various criminal cases, pending
between the parties, have already been transferred by this Court
vide order dated 30.08.2022, passed in T.P.(Crl.) No.268/2021 and
other connected Transfer Petitions, filed by the petitioner-wife,

from Gautam Buddha Nagar, Uttar Pradesh to Patiala House Courts,
New Delhi.
5. Taking into consideration the fact that most of the cases,
filed by the parties again...
