Service is complete on respondent Nos. 1, 2 and 4 but none
has entered appearance.
Respondent Nos.3 and 5 are granted four weeks’ time for
filing counter affidavit.
After expiry of four weeks, Registry to process the matter
for listing before the Hon’ble Court, as the Hon’ble Court vide
order dated 4.10.2024 has directed to issue notice, returnable
in six weeks.
