O R D E R
1. The appellants before this Court approached the National
Green Tribunal1 by filing Original Application No.469 of 2019
contended that remedial action must be taken against
encroachment of green areas and more particularly diversion of
untreated effluents and domestic sewage into River Yamuna.
2. The Tribunal by its order dated 20.08.2019 dispose of the
original application by directing as under:
“3. Accordingly, report was sought from the joint Committee comprising representative of the Department of Town & Country Planning, Haryana Shahari Vikas Pradhikaran, Haryana State Pollution Control Board (HSPCB), Divisional Forest Officer, (T), Gurgaon, Central Pollution Control Board (CPCB), Central Ground Water Authority (CGWA) and the SEEIA.
4. Accordingly, report has been filed on 07.08.2019 by the CPCB. The observation and finding of the Committee are as follows:-
