O R D E R
1. By way of this petition filed under Section 25 CPC, the
petitioner - wife seeks transfer of the petition filed by the
respondent – husband in Matrimonial Case No.430/2023, titled
“Sanjeev Verma vs Arti Verma”, under Section 9 of the Hindu
Marriage Act, 1955, seeking restitution of conjugal rights, pending
before the Family Court, Sonbhadra, Uttar Pradesh to the Family
Court, Singrauli, Madhya Pradesh.
2. The respondent-husband, although served with the notice issued
by this Court yet has chosen not to remain present before this
Court either in-person or through an advocate.
3. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner (wife)
and perused the materials placed on record.
4. Sufficient cause having been made out by the petitioner –
wife, warranting transfer of the case, as prayed for by her, the
Transfer Petition deserves to be allowed. It is ordered
accordingly.
5. Consequently, Matrimonial Case No.430/2023, titled “Sanjeev
Verma vs Arti Verma”, pending before the Family Court, Sonbhadra,
