O R D E R
1. The petitioner-wife has filed the present petition before
this Court under Section 25 of the Code of Civil Procedure,
1908 seeking transfer of Matrimonial (Divorce) Suit No.131 of
2022 titled as "Dharmendra Kumar Vs. Anita Kumari" pending in
the Court of the Principal Judge, Family Court, District-
Dharbhanga, Bihar to the Principal Judge, Family Court,
District- North-West, Rohini Court, Delhi.
2. Despite service, no one has entered appearance on behalf
of the respondent.
3. Having heard learned counsel for the petitioner and
taking into consideration the grounds taken in the transfer
petition, we allow the transfer petition and direct transfer
of Matrimonial (Divorce) Suit No.131 of 2022 titled as

"Dharmendra Kumar Vs. Anita Kumari" pending in the Court of
the Principal Judge, Family Court, District- Dharbhanga, Bihar
to the Principal Judge, Family Court, District- North-West,
Rohini Court, Delhi.
4. Let the record of the case be transferred without delay.
5. A copy of this order be sent to the concerned court for
compliance.
