affidavit.
Respondent no.2 has expired. Four weeks time, as a last
chance, is granted to Ld. counsel for petitioner take appropriate
steps in respect of deceased respondent no.2.
Notice sent to respondent no.7 for service has been received
with the postal remarks “unclaimed”. Service is deemed to be
complete in light of Judgment passed by this Hon’ble Court in K.
Bhaskaran Vs. Sankaran Vaidhyan Balan and Another, (1999) 7 Supreme
Court Cases 510 and order passed by the Registrar Court in T.P.(C)
