1. It is stated by the learned counsel for the
petitioner that respondent no.2 has expired. He seeks
time to take appropriate steps for bringing on record the
proposed legal heirs of the said deceased respondent.
2. List the matter after six weeks.
3. Needful be done in the meanwhile.
