O R D E R
Perused the compliance report on oath filed by the
appellants. As far as extension of time in terms of
prayer clause (b) is concerned, the appellants have left
it to the Court.
Accordingly, we modify clause (viii) of paragraph 25
of the judgment dated 11th October, 2023 by extending the
time by six months. The extended time will expire on
completion of six months from today.
Needless to add that there will be a corresponding
modification in clause (ix) as well.
The application and the Miscellaneous Application
stand disposed of.
