UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R
1. Mr. Wasim A. Quadri, learned senior counsel appears for the respondent-
plaintiff and seeks opportunity to file counter affidavit. He also prays for
tagging of TP(Crl.) No. 783 of 2024 with this transfer petition.
2. Let counter affidavit be filed by 17th January, 2025.
3. Rejoinder thereto, if any, be filed by 24th January, 2025.
4. Relist the transfer petition alongwith the application for tagging (IA ...
