O R D E R
This transfer petition has been filed by the
petitioner-wife seeking transfer of Case bearing No.
RCS HM/140/2023 titled as “Vivek Goyal Vs. Deepti
Aeron” pending before the Principal Judge, Family
Court, District Vidisha, Madhya Pradesh to the
Competent Family Court, District Jaipur, Rajasthan.
2. Heard learned counsel for the parties and
perused the material placed on record.
3. Learned counsel for the respondent-husband, on
instructions, submits that the respondent-husband is
willing to try for mediation.
4. We have considered the facts of the case and
grounds on which transfer has been sought. On such
consideration, we are satisfied with the grounds
urged by the petitioner and accept the same.
Therefore, Case bearing No. RCS HM/140/2023 titled as
“Vivek Goyal Vs. Deepti Aeron” pending before the

Principal Judge, Family Court, District Vidisha,
Madhya Pradesh is ordered to be transferred to the
Family Court at Jaipur, Rajasthan.
5. The Family Court, District Vidisha, Madhya
Pradesh shall send the case record to the transferee
Court promptly and without any delay.
