ORDER
The present transfer petition has been filed
by the petitioner-wife seeking transfer of the
Misc. Case No.46 of 2023, titled as “Amit Singh Vs.
Amrita Prakash Singh”(subject-case), pending in the
Court of Principal Judge, Family Court, Gautam Budh
Nagar, Uttar Pradesh to the Family Court, Saket,
New Delhi.
Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.
Despite service of notice upon the
respondent-husband, no one has entered appearance
on his behalf so far.
Considering the fact that the petitioner-
wife is having an 11 year old female child to take
care of and three other cases between the parties
are already pending in Court at New Delhi, it would
be expedient in the ends of justice to transfer the
subject-case as asked for by the petitioner-wife.
The Court where proceedings are pending
shall transfer the records to the transferee Court

promptly and without any delay.
The Transfer Petition stands allowed
accordingly.
If video conferencing facility is available
with the transferee Court, the benefit of the same
shall be extended to the parties.
A copy of this order be sent to the concerned
courts for compliance.
Pending application(s), if any, shall stand
disposed of.
