UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R
1. At the joint request of learned counsels appearing for the
parties, the matter stands referred to the Supreme Court Mediation
Centre to explore the possibility of arriving at an amicable
settlement.
2. The parties are directed to appear before the Mediator
virtually for the first hearing on 10.03.2026 at 11:00 A.M. In
case, the learned mediator requires the physical presence of the
parties then the parties may appear physically.
