Leave granted.
We have been informed that only one out of the
15 witnesses have been examined, and there is no
criminal antecedents in which the appellant is said
to have been involved. The trial is also proceeding
at a slow pace.
In such view of the matter, we are inclined to
set aside the impugned order and grant bail to the
appellant.
Accordingly, the impugned order stands set aside
and the appellant is granted bail, subject to the
terms and conditions which are to the satisfaction of
the trial Court.

The appeal stands allowed accordingly.
Pending applications, if any, shall stand
disposed of.
