to take fresh steps and file fresh particulars, for issuing notice
to sole respondent. It has been submitted by Ld. Counsel appearing
for the petitioner that permission be granted to serve the sole
respondent through the concerned SHO of Police Station. Allowed.
Let particulars be furnished within two weeks.
